Transition U was founded in 2019 by U.S. Army Veteran Andrew Johnson. Inspired by his own journey of service and reintegration, Andrew recognized the distinctive challenges veterans encounter when transitioning to civilian life. This lived experience established the foundation of Transition U’s mission: to stand with those who have stood for us.
